Online live group sessions: You can join whenever it suits you best. There are 10 scheduled online sessions per day on weekdays from 6am to 11pm. On weekends, there are 5 scheduled online sessions from 9am to 9pm.

Acupuncture & Meditation For Mental Health
(Anxiety & Depression)
If you need deeper care for your body and mind, this would be a great gift to yourself.
One-on-one guided meditation will allow you to deepen practice of caring for your mind. Acupuncture has been proven as an effective method for relieving anxiety and promoting overall mental health.
The benefit of meditation will be enhanced when combined with acupuncture treatments and special herbal tea.
Treatment is provided by Dr. Wee Choi who is a doctor of Oriental Medicine.
His clinic, 'Dr. Choi's Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine', is colocated with Austin Meditation Center.
Sessions include 40-minutes of guided meditation and 30-minutes of acupuncture treatment.

Meditation for Youths
How can I help my child focus? How can I help my child manage emotions like stress and anxiety? Can my kids learn meditation? These are questions parents often ask us. As parents, we want to do our best to help our children, but we don't have all the answers.
Discover how meditation can help your child manage emotions, focus better, lessen everyday stress and anxiety, and even sleep better. We will introduce your child to a simple guided meditation that will help them to overcome challenges and become truly happy, self-confident, and compassionate individuals.
Give your children the tools they need to have a deeper understanding of themselves and enjoy a happy, and healthy life.

Every Sunday at 4 pm, we have a Zoom meeting. Please join 5 minutes prior to the start of the meeting.
